What brings the feeling of freedom into your life, and how does that feel for you?

I grew up visiting over 40 countries with my parents but also solo travelling through Asia and Europe. I love the feeling when I am on an aeroplane and I can flip through the travel magazine and start imagining what I will do when I reach my new destination. The first thing I do when I land in a new country is explore nature, where I can be quiet and observe the marvellous creations that mother earth has to offer. Rarely do I feel this sense of oneness in the big city jungle where I am partly based due to my job as a model. So where I truly feel the abundant freedom and creative flow is when I am exploring the globe with nothing but a backpack and my spiritual practice.

When do you feel most full of love and expansion?

When I am at home... I am a Taurus so as much as I love travelling I also really like to have a home which is my sanctuary to ground in. I am lucky enough to be able to call Te Manawa Eco village my home which is a community of free-spirited people living off the grid, an arm's reach from the famous Abel Tasman National Park. Our house is made from sustainable eco-conscious materials such as mud bricks, solar panels, ethically sourced timber and natural wood oils to varnish our kitchen tops and furniture. My room is like a creative Grotto nestled amongst the trees with a view of the ocean and native New Zealand forest in the gully below. We are perched on the side of a mountain and we call our house the Tree House due to the vast amount of birds and bush that cushion our surroundings. When I lay in my bed in my room (Man Cave/ Aka Woman Cave) I feel my heart expand with gratitude and love for the life I live as I look through my window into the oasis that mother earth is.

Do you have a favourite piece of jewellery? What does it mean to you?

I have a braided Citrine crystal pendant, which is a crocheted necklace with a small woven satchel which is where the Citrine is held. To me, citrine is the crystal of abundance. I tend to draw my manifestations with ease when I am wearing it. I also feel it aids in spiritual protection by keeping my light in a bubble around me. It wanes off energy-draining people who are trying to leech your light.

When do you feel most alive in terms of your creative process?

When I am on retreat I feel the floodgates of creativity burst open I think it's when I allow myself to be still and present that's when the universe channels her golden light of creative energy through me it starts as a tingling in my hands and works its way up to my crown chakra and I envision a single bolt of white light holding me from the top of my head through to the heavens above. I feel an indescribable wash of creative ideas flow through me into my palms begging me to create. Sometimes the surge is so strong I have too many ideas and I will write them down and savour them when I feel called to answer them.
