OUR STORES
Our City Works Depot and Newmarket showrooms will return to our regular opening hours from Thursday 14 May, and our online store is always open 24/7 for you to purchase jewellery! You can reach us via Live Chat, email or by phone, so don’t hesitate to get in touch.

We are allowing a maximum of 8 customers in store at any time so we can maintain the required 1 metre physical distance at all times.

Frequently touched surfaces such as our eftpos machine, counter tops and door handles will be sterilised regularly.

If you are feeling unwell we ask that you please stay home, and browse online with us instead.

The health and wellbeing of our staff and customers is our top priority, so we ask you to please adhere to these guidelines in order to keep everyone safe.

SHIPPING
We are continuing to ship all online orders, closely following health and safety guidelines. With the increase in online orders, there may be slight delays with courier delivery timeframes. Please bear with us and feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.

CLICK OR CALL TO COLLECT
We will continue to offer our click or call to collect service. When ordering online, please include the words ‘CLICK&COLLECT’ in the order notes. One of our team will then call you once your order is ready to collect, please allow 1-2 business days for this.

Alternatively you can call either of our stores and make your purchase over the phone.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We extended our exchange period during this time, and are now able to process these requests. Please get in touch with us via email on [email protected] and we can advise you on how you can exchange or return your item. Purchases made from Thursday 26 March are valid for exchange until 1 June 2020.
