"It can be difficult to be sneaky around me. It's not that I try to be nosey, it just happens! When Adam began the design process by meeting up with Ruth from Zoe & Morgan and our friend Libby, I’m pretty sure I gave him a few headaches with my questions. Despite everything, he did an amazing job of keeping everything a secret, even going as far as buying a ‘decoy’ Zoe and Morgan ring for my birthday, just incase I’d managed to work anything out (I actually hadn’t this time). The proposal happened unexpectedly on a holiday to Rome in May. Adam planned a romantic trip to Gianicolo Hill at sunset on our anniversary, just the two of us. Between the traffic jams, riots around the Colosseum, cloud, a huge group of tourists and a particularly keen rose seller, it didn’t quite turn out that way… but for us, it was still perfect. The fact that he’d thought to get the ring designed by one of my favourite jewellers made it all the more special. Knowing I love yellow diamonds, he’d asked the girls to find one for my ring. It’s pretty cool to think this diamond was hand picked especially for me! We've set the date for June 2016 which seemed like a long time to wait, but a year has already flown by and I can’t wait to be Mrs. Kellaway."
