1. Service Overview

Our soldered bracelet service offers a custom-fitted 9k yellow gold chain with 9k yellow gold charms of your choice, soldered for continuous wear. This permanent customization is designed for durability, and we are committed to providing you with a high-quality finished product that meets acceptable standards of quality, durability, and fitness for purpose as defined by the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

2. Booking and Payment 

A $50 deposit is required when booking to secure your appointment.  

The $50 deposit covers the soldering fee only and does not include the cost of chains or charms.  

You will receive an email reminder prior to your appointment. If we do not receive a response, we will follow up with a phone call to confirm your appointment time.  

Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you arrive late or fail to attend, your appointment will be cancelled, and the $50 deposit will be retained to cover administrative costs, as it is non-refundable.  

3. Warranty

Our soldered bracelets include a 1-year warranty. After the 1-year warranty period, all resoldering or adjustments will incur a $50 fee.  

During the warranty period, complimentary resoldering is provided for any issues caused by workmanship or defects.  

Resoldering services are available by appointment only. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.  

This warranty does not cover loss or damage caused by external factors such as physical impact, chemical exposure, or improper care.  

4. Care Instructions and Responsibility

A care guide will be provided at the time of purchase, and customers are responsible for following the instructions to ensure the longevity of their soldered bracelet.  

5. Loss and Fault Notification

No Refund Policy: This service operates under a no-refund policy. If the bracelet is lost or damaged, or no fault is found, no refund or replacement will be provided, as we need to see the item to check for any faults in the workmanship or chain.

If you notice a fault with your bracelet, please contact us immediately to arrange a resoldering appointment.

Customers must provide clear photos of the fault before the bracelet is removed or lost to allow us to assess the issue.

Breakage: Once soldered, the bracelet is permanently attached to the customer. No refund or replacement will be provided if the bracelet is lost due to breakage caused by external factors. However, if you believe the loss or damage occurred due to a defect in workmanship and evidence (e.g., photos) supports this, we encourage you to contact us, as this may be covered under the CGA.

If the bracelet breaks but is not in good condition for resoldering (e.g., it is damaged beyond repair), we cannot fix it. In this case, no resoldering or repair service will be provided. 

6. Clasp Options

If you require a clasp for your bracelet (e.g., for work, sports, or other activities where removal is necessary), please notify us in advance. Adding a clasp costs $80, plus a $50 soldering fee for installation. This service is completed during your scheduled appointment.  

7. Acknowledgment of Terms 

All customers must read and sign these terms and conditions before their soldering session. A copy will be emailed to you upon booking, and you must sign and return it before the session begins. By signing, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms, which do not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act.
