Hand-thrown in deep black stoneware, the glossy forest glaze of the Bathers Tumbler contrasts beautifully with the raw finish of the base. With each mug crafted by hand, no two are exactly alike. Each tumbler takes on a slightly different character and finish.
Beneath a canopy of ancient rimu, kahikatea, and beech, the forest breathes. Light filters like soft song through fern-fringed air. The earth is damp and sweet beneath your feet, birds call in a lilting chorus, and the hush of wind through leaves becomes your meditation. Inspired by those quiet moments, this beautifully made ceramic mug brings a little of the New Zealand landscape into everyday rituals.
