Are you a Marketing Coordinator ready for your next career opportunity? Do you have a passion for design, jewellery and community? We're in search of a creative individual to join our team.

We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of a growing success story at Zoë & Morgan, as our new Marketing Coordinator.

Zoë & Morgan was founded in London in 2005 and instantly filled a gap in the market for consciously crafted designs. We have three flagship stores, and international wholesale outlets.

The position is for 20 hours a week, based from our beautiful City Works Depot space in Auckland. In this role you will be responsible for the beautiful delivery of content across all online channels and marketing.

You will be working alongside our ecommerce, brand and content team to effectively execute our marketing strategy.

We’re looking for a social-first, content-obsessed superstar who can help us grow the brand across our digital platforms, social feeds, activations, and everything in between.

This role is for someone equal parts strategist, creator, and connector. If you’re the kind of person who thrives on creating stories, loves building relationships with influencers and creators, then we’d love to hear from you.



What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years running social/content for fashion, lifestyle, or retail brands.
  • Brilliant communication skills and strong attention to detail are key for this role.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Klaviyo, building and reporting for email marketing.
  • Someone with a creative eye and experience in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Indesign or Canva.
  • Someone with great organisation and time management.
  • Build genuine connections with influencers, partners, and media.
  • Team-focused but self-driven with a strong initiative and the ability to manage your own workload.
  • Creative eye and clever copywriting skills
  • A Brand Ambassador who connects with Zoë & Morgan’s story, and is inspired by the authenticity and uniqueness of the brand.



What you’ll be doing

  • Working closely with our ecommerce team, assist with email marketing campaigns and automation to engage the audience and drive conversions.
  • Manage social media strategy (primarily Instagram), ensuring consistent engagement with our community
  • Be the voice of our brand in comments and DMs: replying, engaging and making sure our community always feels seen.
  • Ensure the brand is communicated consistently across all markets and marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including ecommerce, production, wholesale and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
  • Owning marketing budgets and ensuring activity is cost-effective and results-driven.
  • Elevate our online presence and drive key marketing initiatives across the organisation.
  • Oversee and drive our social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.
  • Report back with insights, opportunities and actions.
