We’re looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our end-to-end jewellery production function and help shape the next chapter of our brand’s growth.
This is not a corporate environment; we celebrate life and carefully create a culture based on connection. An ethical basis provides the strong core of our business.
Zoë & Morgan was founded in London in 2005 and instantly filled a gap in the market for consciously crafted designs. We have three flagship stores and international wholesale outlets.
Working closely with our international manufacturing team and our New Zealand headquarters team, you’ll oversee production planning, supplier relationships, quality control, and the flow of stock into our retail and wholesale channels. This is a senior, hands-on role with real ownership - perfect for someone who loves building systems, strengthening partnerships, and bringing beautiful products to life with precision and care.
You’re both structured and adaptable - able to manage production calendars, forecasting, and logistics, while responding calmly to shifting priorities and unexpected challenges. You enjoy creating clarity from complexity and building processes that help a growing business scale sustainably.
This is a full time position, based at our City Works Depot space in Auckland.
What we’re looking for
- At least 5 years experience in production planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Experience working with offshore manufacturers and suppliers, ideally across Asia-Pacific.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and a proactive problem solver who takes ownership and follows through.
- Experience managing quality control processes across manufacturing and finishing stages.
- Someone who’s prepared to process stock and be part of stocktakes - someone who likes to get stuck in and organise stock beautifully so our shops and stockists are well topped up.
- A confident communicator with experience managing international supplier relationships.
- Calm, adaptable and solutions-focused approach when managing complexity or production challenges.
- An advanced Excel Specialist and data analysis is essential.
- Strong analytical and planning skills, using reporting tools to drive decisions.
- Someone who is process-driven with strong documentation and systems thinking.
- Experience using Shopify.
