Thank you for the support you have shown our Zoe & Morgan family during this time, we’ve enjoyed having the time to connect with you on social media and truly appreciate your patience.
Our showrooms are will remain closed during Level 3, but our online store is still open 24/7 for you to purchase jewellery! We encourage you to shop local and support family businesses, we will have your order ready to be sent the moment restrictions are lifted.
We will be shipping online orders from Wednesday 22 September, closely following health and safety guidelines.
Please expect a delay while we catch up on orders received during Level 4.
With the increase in online orders, there may be slight delays with courier delivery timeframes. Please bear with us and feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.
We are offering contactless pickups from our City Works Depot location only.
Please either order online and select our Click & Collect option, or call
our City Works Depot store on 09 366 3073, if you would like to make your purchase over the phone.
Please note we will be operating Monday to Friday from 10am - 4pm only.
We will not be allowing any customers picking up to enter the store. If you have chosen contactless pick up, we will be in touch with guidelines on how this process will work.
The health and wellbeing of our staff and customers is our top priority, so we ask you to please adhere to these guidelines in order to keep everyone safe.
- On arrival at our City Works Depot location, please scan our contact tracing QR code, and call the store on 09 366 3073 to let us know you’re here and ready to pick up.
- Please place your phone with your order confirmation on the table directly in front of our store and take a position on the label 2m from the table.
- A staff member will come outside, check your order confirmation and place your item on the table. Once they are back inside the store, please get your items.
We ask that you respect these guidelines and follow safe social distancing practises, not coming within 2 metres of our staff members and not coming inside the store.
If another customer happens to be collecting an item at the same time, please ensure you stay 2 metres distance apart.
We understand our showrooms are not open for you to return or exchange your jewellery. We are extending our exchange period and ask you to please get in touch with us, so we can organise the processing of your return or exchange once it is safe to do so.
